What is Delivery Protection?
- Our Delivery Protection service protects customers against product deliveries that are either lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Customers will have the option of receiving a replacement order or refund.
How much does Delivery Protection Cost?
- The cost to cover your order is based on the value of your order. All orders under $100 cost $.98 to protect, while all orders of $100 and over are charged 1.5% of the cart subtotal before coupons/discounts.
How do I file a claim?
- To file a claim simply contact our highly rated customer service team. You will be asked a few questions to verify your eligibility for replacement/refund. You can reach us on our Contact Us page.
Will my full order total be refunded?
- Only the product value is covered. Any shipping cost and the Delivery Protection Fee are non refundable.
