If you do not have a history of paying with ACH, all orders will be placed ON-HOLD. We require that payment is verified before releasing your order for shipping. Once you have have an established history of ACH payments on your account we will move you to our ACH-VIP tier and all future orders will ship right away.
If you would like to release your ON-HOLD order for shipment, please send us a screenshot showing that your payment is pending from the account you used. If we can see the payment is there and funds are available, we will send the order right away. Otherwise once your payment clears, your order will be shipped within one business day.
***Please Note: It can take up to seven days for your payment to clear your bank account. The time is typically dependent on the size of your bank.
